HAZZRD – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HAZZRD website and any products, services, or digital experiences offered through it. By using our site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Use

This website is operated by HAZZRD.
All users must be 18+ or have parental consent to make purchases.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services or products at any time without notice.

2. Product Availability

All HAZZRD drops are limited edition and may not be restocked.
Product visuals and descriptions are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly in production.

3. Orders & Payments

Prices are displayed in INR (₹) unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required before orders are confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship both within India and internationally.
Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier.
Any customs duties or taxes for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be processed unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
For eligible issues, email flagged@hazzrd.zone within 7 days of receipt.

6. Crowdfunding Disclaimer

Products purchased via crowdfunding are pre-order items and may have extended lead times.
Delivery estimates are provided, but delays can occur due to production or logistics.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and assets on this site are owned by or licensed to HAZZRD.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

HAZZRD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Return and Refund Policy

HAZZRD – Return & Refund Policy

At HAZZRD, every product we release is part of a limited drop — made to order, released in small batches, and produced with intent. Because of this, we follow a strict return and refund policy to preserve the exclusivity and integrity of each launch.

🔁 All Sales Are Final

Due to the limited edition and crowdfunded nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing errors, or preference-based reasons.

✅ Refunds & Replacements (Eligible Cases Only)

We will only consider a refund or replacement in the following cases:

You receive a defective product (manufacturing fault)
You receive a wrong item (not what you ordered)
Your order is lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by the carrier

🛠️ Steps to File a Claim

If your case meets the above criteria:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Email us at flagged@hazzrd.zone with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product/packaging

Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, we will arrange a refund or send a replacement (if inventory is available).

📦 Damaged Items in Transit

If your item was visibly damaged during shipping:

Please report it immediately upon receipt
Retain the original packaging and provide photos

⏳ Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be made via the original payment method

❌ Non-Eligible Scenarios

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Wrong size selected during purchase
Minor manufacturing variations typical of limited batch apparel
Delay in delivery due to carrier or customs issues
Crowdfunded pre-orders still in production
